Nicolas du Payrat
Independent strategy consultant and project manager.
I graduated from ESSEC in 2021 with a Master in Management, specialising in Finance, Negotiation and International Governance. From 2021 to 2026, I worked in strategy consulting in Paris and Dakar, progressing to Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
My experience covers market research, industrial feasibility studies, growth strategies and programme evaluation. I have worked for businesses, investors and development organisations, with interviews and field research forming a substantial part of these assignments.
Food value chains and nutrition, telecommunications, mobile money and employment account for a large part of my work. My responsibilities have included managing teams, analysing data, developing business plans and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
I now work independently, both directly with clients and as part of consulting teams. My experience also includes projects in Asia and Haiti.
